This Junmai Daiginjo is crafted using Olive Yeast KO15, extracted from olives grown on Shodoshima, the Island of Fermentation and Olives. We have deliberately subdued the aroma to enhance the depth of flavor, making it a refined food-friendly sake with a smooth texture and a rich taste.

While Junmai Daiginjo is typically enjoyed as an aperitif, this sake is specially designed to be paired with meals, offering a casual yet elegant drinking experience.
