He studied under Jun Isezaki, a Living National Treasure, and later moved to the UK to further his studies in ceramics.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"\u003eHe creates works using traditional English slipware techniques and his original method “Raho,” combining natural forms with the spirit of Bizen pottery.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"\u003eHe has been invited as a lead artist for the Oxford Anagama Project (University of Oxford), and has also expanded his activities to the United States.
